Wild-harvested from rock crevices in remote, high-altitude regions of the Uttarakhand Himalayas, our Shilajit is it seeps from rock crevices during warm summer months. It is then purified using traditional water-based methods (no chemical solvents).
Resin is the most traditional form - stronger taste, slightly more potent per dose. Tablets are easier for daily use and travel. Both deliver the same active compounds. If you're new to shilajit, tablets are usually the easier starting point.
